Oussama El Bouchayby, a freshman at Angelo State representing Morocco, won the top section of the men's invitational 800 meters in 1:45.88 at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific University's Cougar Stadium in Azusa, Calif. El Bouchayby became the only male athlete in NCAA Division 2 history to produce a pair of sub-1:46 outdoor performances in his career, including his world-leading 1:45.31 on March 30 at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.
